Cream 80-column punch card with rounded corners and card cut on the top left hand corner. The card is designed for COBOL programming and is divided into five primary fields seperated in the punchable area by solid lines. Field labels are provided in the top printable area only. A full list of fields in the field legend is outlined in the appendix below.
The card is printed with “MC-C 61697” in the bottom margin and a blue stripe along the top of the card. All columns are numbered below the 0 row, and below the 9 row.
