Pink 80-column punch card printed for Sears, Roebuck and Company, with square corners and a card cut on the top left-hand corner. The punch area is printed with two framed blocks of 40 cells, separated by a central panel carrying the legend “SEARS ROEBUCK AND CO.” in capitals. Each block is divided by solid rules into ten-column groups: the right block is numbered 1–10, 11–20, 21–30 and 31–40, and the left block 41–50, 51–60, 61–70 and 71–80. Row numbers “0” through “9” are printed around these framed blocks within the punch area, aligned to the corresponding rows.

All columns are numbered below the 0 row and below the 9 row from 1 to 80. Production codes, “DC-55059 BSC”, “REV 9-69” is printed in the bottom margin. The reverse side is blank.
