This card was used as a instruction card for a Film-Sort aperture card cartridge. This card was taped on top of a black plastic piece covering the photo-sensitive microfilm cards loaded in the cartridge. The black plastic piece prevented light from entering the cartridge and exposing the photo-sensitive microfilm on the aperture cards in the cartridge. This instruction card the black plastic piece were taped closed on top of the cartridge to accidental exposure to light when the cartridge was removed from its original packaging for placement into the camera.
The instructions on the card provide a set of instructions in English, German, French, and Italian. The instructions read as follows:

- CUT THE TAPE AND CAREFULLY REMOVE THIS INSTRUCTION CARD WITHOUT DISTURBING THE BLACK PLASTIC PIECE BELOW IT.
Vorsichtig diese Hinweiskarte entfernen ohne dabei die schwarze Abdeckung zu beschadiagen.

Collocare il peso metallico verso il lato aperto del contenitore.- INSTALL THE CASSETTE INTO THE CAMERA AS USUAL.
Legen Sie wie gewohnt die Kassette in die Kamera ein.
INSTALLER LE CHARGEUR DANS LA CAMERA.
Installare il contenitore nella camera come di consueto.
