The IBM 24 Card Punch, or Type 24 Card Punch is an IBM machine that punches numerical, alphabetic, and special-character data into punched cards. The model features a movable keyboard (either numeric, or numeric-alphabetic-combination), program control using a master card, card duplication, and automatic card feed for a stack of up to 500 cards. Unlike the IBM 26 Card Punch, it does not have a printing mechanism to print the data on the cards as they are punched.1
